While based in Joondalup, this role will also cover multiple employment service areas (ESA) in the North Metro Region. In this role, you will be the champion of our team’s success.

You will:

• Train & Develop: Create and deliver tailored training plans for new hires, mentoring them to success and helping them master skills like reverse marketing.
• Ensure Quality: Conduct audits and develop operational documents to ensure our services not only meet but exceed industry and contractual standards.
• Monitor & Report: Analyse team performance against KPIs, providing clear reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate & Engage: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders—including employers, community partners, and program participants—to build strong relationships and ensure smooth program delivery.

Training Alliance Group (TAG) is a leading provider of employment services and vocational education in Western Australia, including managing two RTOs - Australian Business and Vocational Training and Mining Transport and Construction Services. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a proven ability to motivate others, a talent for clear communication, and a track record of achieving performance targets. You should be proficient with case management systems and have a positive, flexible attitude. Experience in employment services or disability support is a plus.
