Ready to make a real impact while building your career? Training Alliance Group is looking for meticulous and driven Claims Officers to join our team. While our head office is in West Perth, we offer flexibility to work from any of our offices in Western Australia.

In this vital role, you will ensure every claim is accurate, timely, and fully compliant, helping us uphold the integrity of our funding arrangements and support quality employment outcomes for our participants.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review and verify claims for participants and employers, ensuring every detail is correct and properly documented.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of contractual requirements and participate in audits and quality reviews to ensure every claim meets our high standards.
  • Keep accurate, confidential records and documentation, ensuring everything is in order for timely reporting.
  • Work closely with internal teams, participants, and employers to provide guidance and ensure the smooth, accurate processing of all claims.

Who we are looking for:

  • Someone with proven experience in claims management or an administrative role, ideally in the employment services and/or disability sector.
  • A strong communicator who can clearly and professionally engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • An expert in time management and organisation who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A detail-oriented professional with a keen eye for accuracy and a solid understanding of contract compliance.
  • Proficient with various administration and case management systems.
