Employer Specialist – Inclusive Employment Australia
Location: Rockingham + Central West Metro (Cockburn, Fremantle and West Perth)

What You’ll Be Doing
As the key link between our organisation and the business community, you’ll:
- Build Strong Partnerships: Engage with employers across industries to understand their workforce needs and create sustainable job opportunities.
- Champion Inclusion: Provide expert guidance on inclusive recruitment practices and workplace adjustments that support people with disability.
- Deliver Results: Match participants with the right roles, support successful placements, and foster long-term employment outcomes.
- Stay Ahead: Use your knowledge of the local labour market to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
What You’ll Bring
You’re a confident communicator and trusted advisor with a background in employer engagement, recruitment, or employment services. You’re passionate about inclusion and thrive in a role where you can influence positive change.
You’ll also have:
- Proven experience building and maintaining professional relationships with employers
- A strong understanding of the local labour market and industry needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in CRM systems and databases
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel across the Rockingham + Central West Metro Region
