Are you a creative and organised individual with a passion for marketing and events? We are looking for a proactive Marketing and Events Assistant to join our team and help bring our brand to life!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain hands-on experience in a wide range of marketing and events activities. You will play a key role in supporting the Parents Pathway program while contributing to a variety of exciting projects across our organisation.
What You Will Do:
- Social Media & Digital: Manage our social media accounts, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community. You’ll also help keep our website and email campaigns up-to-date.
- Marketing Support: Assist with creating and producing marketing materials like flyers, newsletters, and digital ads.
- Events Coordination: Get involved in the full event lifecycle—from planning and logistics to on-site support and guest services.
- Administration: Keep our marketing and event records organised and assist with day-to-day department tasks.
Who We are Looking For:
- A tertiary qualification (or progress towards one) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours for events.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Familiarity with CRM or email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Prior experience in a marketing or events support role.
