We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to drive the Inclusive Employment Australia Program supporting employment service areas (ESA) in the Central and West Metro region of Western Australia.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
- Leading with Purpose: Inspire and manage a skilled team of Team leaders, Career Coaches and Employment Specialists, providing them with the support and direction needed to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Driving Results: Oversee regional performance, ensuring we meet and exceed our contractual KPIs and deliver high-quality, person-centred services to both participants and employers.
- Shaping Strategy: Develop and implement regional strategies that create sustainable employment opportunities, adapting to local labour market trends and collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Building Connections: Cultivate strong relationships with employers, government agencies, and community partners, advocating for inclusive practices and expanding our network.
- Owning your business: You will form part of an innovative leadership group who will be committed to improving outcomes for not only your business but the sector as a whole.
What You will Bring to the Team
You are a strategic thinker with a growth mindset. You’re curious and strive for excellence.
You have extensive experience in the disability or Employment Services sector and a deep understanding of programs like Inclusive Employment Australia, DES, NDIS, and Workforce Australia.
You are a natural relationship builder with exceptional communication skills, confident in representing our organisation and fostering collaboration. You are also highly skilled in data analysis, capable of tracking KPIs and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
