Job Description

As a Corporate Services Administrative Assistant, you will assist with a range of administrative and office management tasks, including handling correspondence, organising travel bookings, managing office supplies, and maintaining company records. You will be the first point of contact for guests and suppliers, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including answering calls, photocopying, filing, and managing mail.
  • Organising equipment.
  • Monitor central inboxes and respond to queries efficiently.
  • Greet all guests, visitors and suppliers who arrive at the office.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers in a prompt, courteous and effective manner, ensuring an elevated level of customer service is provided.
  • Organise and book travel/accommodation arrangements and assist with venue bookings as required.
  • Maintain company’s IT register.
  • Manage office, kitchen supplies and adhoc office duties.
  • Prepare and tidy up boardrooms for meetings.
  • Ensuring the office is tidy and presentable at all times.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong customer service mindset. You have excellent organisational skills and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with accurate word processing and data entry skills.
  • Good written communications skills with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail and take pride in the quality of work produced.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner.
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlines, and to maintain a consistent level of professionalism.
  • An ability to work effectively within a busy team environment under supervision.
  • Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist team members.
  • A proactive approach to resolving queries and problems.
  • A can-do attitude, flexible and mature approach to work tasks, and a willingness to learn.
  • Valid Driver Licence 

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in business/office administration would be well regarded.
