Training Alliance Group (TAG) is looking for a passionate Parent Pathways Mentor to join our team supporting families across Belmont, Cannington, Rockingham, and surrounding suburbs. This is more than a case management role. It's a chance to walk alongside parents and caregivers as they take real, practical steps towards brighter futures for themselves and their kids.

What you'll do
Deliver person-centred case management for parents and caregivers of young children
Look at the whole picture, addressing both vocational and non-vocational needs
Guide people towards their own goals, connecting them with the right internal and external services
Build strong relationships with local services and organisations across Belmont, Cannington, and Perth South
Create a warm, welcoming, child-friendly space where families feel comfortable
Bring empathy, patience, and genuine care to every single interaction
Desired Skills and Experience
What you'll bring
Experience in case management, community services, or a related human services field
A real passion for supporting parents, caregivers, and families
Great people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
A flexible, can-do approach to problem-solving
Current WA Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
A valid WA driver's licence
